Report a bug from the road

Say "Hey Axl, report a bug" and describe what went wrong. Axl saves the report with the details we need, so you never have to take your hands off the wheel.

Using your own AI

In Settings > AI you can add your own Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI API key. Usage on your key is billed to your account with that provider. If your key stops working, Axl tells you once and answers with your phone's own AI until the key is fixed.

Engine codes

Reading and clearing codes needs an OBD-II Bluetooth adapter plugged into your vehicle. Clearing a code turns off the light; it does not fix the cause. If the light comes back, have the vehicle checked.

Delete your account

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. That removes your conversations, journal, the memories we hold and your devices from our servers. You can also email privacy@heyaxl.com and we'll do it for you.
